This policy explains what happens to the details you share with Mission Rehab through this website. It is written to be read, not to be waded through. If anything here is unclear, call the clinic on +91 87805 86186 and we will explain it.

What this website collects

The only information this site collects is what you type into the Get a Call Back form, and you only reach that form by choosing to open it:

• • Your phone number
• • The concern you describe — which may include details about your health
• • The time of day you would prefer to be called

There are no accounts, no logins, and no payments taken on this website.

Why we collect it, and what we do with it

We use these details for one purpose: to call you back about your enquiry and, if you decide to book, to prepare for your first assessment. We do not sell your details, share them with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list. You will not receive promotional messages because you filled in this form.

If you become a patient, any clinical records created during your treatment are kept under the clinic's own patient-records practices, which are separate from this website.

Analytics and cookies

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, or session-recording tools. Nothing here follows you around the internet, and nobody is recording your visit.

The fonts and images are served from this site's own domain rather than a third-party CDN, so loading the page does not hand your details to anyone else.

The one third party involved

The clinic's location is shown using an embedded Google Map. If you interact with that map, Google receives your request as it would on any site using Google Maps, under Google's own privacy policy. The map does not know who you are, and it is not connected to the enquiry form.

Form submissions are delivered through our website host, Netlify, which passes them to the clinic. Netlify acts only as the delivery mechanism and does not use your details for its own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are deleted within 12 months. If you become a patient, your contact details are retained as part of your patient record for as long as clinical record-keeping requires.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time — tell us, and we will stop contacting you and remove your enquiry. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason.

Changes to this policy
